Ready for a self-care and environment-focused outing? Let's check out a community event at La Dosis Coffee + Cocktails, hosted by Yoga is For EveryBody and Inspiring Women Today (IWT). This event is a morning of movement, mindfulness, and community, all in support of the fight against period poverty in Texas. While it's not a chapter-sponsored partnership, the event aligns perfectly with our Enhance Our Environment mission, encouraging sustainable practices, reducing waste, and engaging with our community on a deeper level.

We'll start our morning getting our hands dirty (in the best way!) with a 1-hour hands-on succulent planting activity. You'll be able to take home your creation as a reminder of growth, care, and community.

Next, we'll ease into a 30-minute gentle yoga flow, designed for all levels to help you ground and reset.

Afterward, we'll sink into stillness during a mini-sound bath, promoting inner calm and restoration.
